From £70 to £90 for 60 minute sessions.

Initial Phone Call

Free initial phone call, during which we discuss your current issues, how they are affecting you, and what you would like to get from coming to counselling.

This phone call allows me to gain an understanding of you, your situation and specific needs. It also gives you the opportunity to talk about your issues and concerns and to ask any questions you may have.

We will discuss and agree a clear basis for therapy.

If you wish to go ahead, we can then arrange a suitable day and time for ongoing counselling sessions.

Remote sessions

Online and telephone sessions are conducted in English and are available internationally as well as in the UK (where I am based).

All online sessions are via Video Conferencing using Zoom. Telephone appointments will be held on my UK mobile number.
